Cozy Stay with Great Food
Absolutely loved the location, super cute and peaceful vibe! Had dinner and breakfast, and wow, both were on point! The staff were super friendly, always ready to help. Just a heads up though, the family room could use a bit more space. the bar area was chill too, perfect for a drink after a long day.

The Plough Inn offers a lovely atmosphere with comfortable rooms and great food. Though the external areas could use some fresh paint and the bathroom drainage had a minor issue, the overall experience was pleasant. Breakfast choices were fantastic, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

I had a fantastic stay here for one night where I enjoyed a lovely breakfast and the good shower in my small double room. There’s a cozy garden area perfect for unwinding and some great seating in the bar to relax with a drink. The breakfast timing could be a bit earlier for those on business, but the packed meal I got to go was a nice touch! 😊

The rooms were tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere. I especially appreciated the thoughtful furnishings and high-quality fixtures, which made my stay feel comfortable and homely, even if I stumbled up those charming outside stairs.
Better access for seniors would be ideal.

The countryside setting is captivating, creating a picturesque backdrop for a delightful stay. The food offered, particularly the traditional dishes, was not only varied but excellently prepared. while the staff was generally welcoming, there was a slight delay in service during peak hours that could be improved. the family room we stayed in felt a bit cramped for space, limiting our comfort.

Solo traveler seeking peaceful retreat
The food was quite something, I had a delightful burger with extra cheese and bacon that hit the spot, and their breakfast was nothing short of spectacular, full English kind of deal with top-notch sausages. staff really cared, always trying to find me a table even when it got busy, you got to respect the hustle.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but you know what? It still felt alright for what you get.
